Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• If there is any unexpected delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Within UAE: 2–5 business days
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

 

• We offer a flat shipping fee for all orders within the UAE.
  
• We provide FREE shipping on all orders of AED 299 and above.
• Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number (where available) so you can monitor the status of your delivery.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the customer being unavailable or providing an incorrect address, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and relevant photos (if applicable). We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

Currently, we primarily serve customers within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated accordingly.
